What We Do

Our professionals rid the indoor environment of pollutants by applying shock treatments of nature’s most powerful sanitizing agent, activated oxygen. These SanusAer® treatments are considered a green technology, completely safe, leaving no residual chemicals behind. They are also scientifically proven to deodorize, disinfect, and destroy the pollutants that poison indoor air, including:

• Dust mites, pollen, and other allergens
• Other Biological pollutants such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi
• Unpleasant odors from smoke, mildew,
  and pets
• VOCs such as benzene, formaldehyde, methylene chloride, and others
• Molds including toxigenic and black mold

What We Don't Do

We are Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Professionals with expertise in the application of activated oxygen to purify the indoor environment. Though we provide a broad based sanitization service, we are not:

• Mold Remediation Contractors -- SanusAer® shock treatments will kill any mold; however, the moisture source in the building must be eliminated to prevent reoccurrence.
• Pest Control Contractors -- SanusAer® shock treatments will kill many insects / pests; however, there is no residual effect to prevent reoccurrence.
• Carpet Cleaners -- SanusAer® shock treatments will eliminate biological pollutants in carpets; however, it will not remove a stain in the carpet.
• Dry Cleaners -- SanusAer® treatments will sanitize clothing, bedding, and window coverings; however, professional dry cleaning may be required to remove visible residue.
