Whole House: “Shock Treatments” are based on square footage of home, including basement, per 24 hours.  In order to effectively sanitize your home, the entire structure must be treated. 

Maintenance Treatments: Follow-up treatments are conducted on a contracted basis, and require less time and equipment than the Whole House protocol.  Maintenance treatments must be scheduled within one year after the original Whole House treatment.

Mileage: There is no charge for mileage within a 25 mile radius of Marion.  There’s a 50¢/mile charge for anything beyond.

Ancillary Treatments: The above pricing does not include mileage which would be in addition to the treatment at 50¢/mile.

Discounts: If combined with a Whole House treatment, the ancillary services will be discounted 20%.
